Appealing Your Court Decision

In Missouri, you have ten (10) days from when a judgment becomes final in order to file an appeal with an Missouri appellate court. Usually a judgment becomes final within thirty (30) days from when the Judge issues their order. Unfortunately, Missouri appellate courts are not forgiving in this rule. If you are late by one day, the Missouri appellate courts will deny your appeal.
