Asking for Your Lawful 20 Minutes

attorney

If you are pulled over for a DWI or DUI in Missouri, and you ask to speak with an attorney, the police officer must give you at least twenty (20) minutes to contact an attorney.  If you request to speak with an attorney and you are not given the minimum twenty (20) minutes, then your DUI or DWI charge must be dismissed.

If you have been charged with a DUI or DWI and would like some help, contact our law office at 816-524-4949 or www.Hoorfarlaw.com.
