drug test

Many people work at companies where drug testing is common practice in order to retain employment. Recently, a Missouri resident tried to refuse a mandatory drug test by their employer based on the idea that it was inhumane and unfair due to the lack of suspicion. The courts, however, upheld the Labor and Industrial Relations Commissions decision to deny benefits to the employee for misconduct since the policy was to randomly drug test, regardless of suspicion.
