Richmond Bankruptcy Lawyer goes to Jail for Fraud

A Richmond, Virginia bankruptcy lawyer is going to jail for 12 months for committing bankruptcy fraud and for failing to pay her employee’s taxes.  The bankruptcy attorney failed to disclose a client’s inheritance and also convinced her client to give her $50,000 of the inherited funds.  In addition, the attorney failed to pay the IRS over $68,000 in payroll taxes for her employer.
