A UPS truck driver is charged with DUI and careless driving after he admitted to drinking while on the job.
According to an arrest report, the driver admitted to the officer that he had a ‘half pint of whiskey’ that day. He told the officer he is an alcoholic and that he was worried about losing his job, keeping insurance for his 11-year-old daughter and added that he is going through a divorce. He had a small bottle of Fireball in his pocket as well as a 3/4 bottle of Early Times and a couple empty bottles in his lunch box.
