The majority of newly originated mortgages <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.itoolpro.co\/kathrynmortgage\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2012\/09\/shutterstock_92874538.jpg\" alt=\"shutterstock_92874538.jpg (4500\u00c3\u00974500)\" width=\"182\" height=\"182\" \/>correlated to people with the highest credit scores, (760 or higher).<\/p>\n<p>However loans slipping into delinquency fell to 4.52 percent. which is the lowest data since 2003.
