In the Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition\nfiled Feb. 10, Jimenez Arms listed assets of less than $50,000 and outstanding\nliabilities that surpass $1 million, KCUR-FM reported. Recovering compensation\ncould prove difficult for the city should it win the lawsuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pinclipart.com\/picdir\/middle\/29-299825_graphic-royalty-free-library-pistol-clipart-glock-free.png\" alt=\"See the source image\" width=\"150\" height=\"116\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kansas City &#8211; which has one of America\u2019s highest homicide rates &#8211; filed the lawsuit against Jimenez in January, alleging that the gun trafficking created a public nuisance in the city.
