This took a sharp turn when KC Steel filed a mechanic\u2019s lien for around $400,000 against The District City Center LLC. It turns out, the filing was incomplete which gave the District City Center a chance to file a motion to dismiss it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The district\ncourt made an error and ruled the claim fraudulent instead of incomplete which lead\nthe case to be remanded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you being sued?
