The landlord says the company has withheld rent for the past 3 months\nand owes over $66 million in total, this includes attorney\u2019s fees as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A spokesperson for Gap says, they are looking to work with the landlord and mutually agree on fair rent terms considering the affect Covid-19 has had on shopping centers.
