Jeanne filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in January of this\nyear. The federal government wants to reopen because of accusations of \u201cfalse\noaths and concealments.\u201d Two weeks prior, Lippert was fired for pending\ncriminal proceeding and for filing for unemployment benefits while still\nemployed at the prosecutor\u2019s office. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two weeks later, a motion was filed by an attorney with the US Trustee\u2019s office to reopen the bankruptcy case after learning about the \u201cflaws\u201d of the filing. However, a specific motion was filed by the US Department of Justice attorney Derrick Rippy and US Trustee Andrew Vara with claims of the following: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/th.bing.com\/th\/id\/OIP.eS28r5rXNdsd3AR-bpC4AwAAAA?pid=Api&amp;rs=1\" alt=\"See the source image\" width=\"284\" height=\"201\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jeanne wrongly said she did not own any property<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Jeanne was receiving income from a part-time job but did not reveal that in bankruptcy filing<\/li><li>Jeanne listed her residence as being bigger than it truly is <\/li><li>Falsely claimed she lived separate from her husband Chief Bob Lippert of Huron \u2013 also did not reveal his income<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeanne received a grant\nof discharge for the debt which mean no action can be taken from anyone on the\ndebt per court documents. Though, the US Trustee\u2019s office is trying to revoke\nthe discharge. The judge who is handling the case is Judge Gustafson and as of\ncurrently, there are no rulings on the US Trustee\u2019s motion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you being sued and need proper\nrepresentation?
