A Missouri court has recently ruled that simply riding as a passenger in a stolen car is not a criminal act.  In order to possess a stolen vehicle, the person must have operated or driven the vehicle at some point.  Simply riding in a vehicle is not enough evidence to convict a person.

Unclaimed Tax Refunds Reaches $1 Billion

The IRS has recently announced that the amount of unclaimed income tax refunds now totals more than $1 billion.  The IRS estimates that 11,100 people in Kansas are due a refund with the average refund being $746.  The IRS estimates that 22,400 people in Missouri are due a refund with the average refund being $705.

RadioShack Files for Bankruptcy Again
