Conspiracy with your Attorney

A recent Missouri Court of Appeals has ruled that a client and their attorney cannot commit conspiracy together because the attorney acts only as a representative of the client.  The court further stated that statements provided to an attorney by the client are protected by the attorney-client privilege and cannot be later used against the attorney.
