Patricia Webb, a 44 year old Lee’s Summit resident, pled guilty to three counts of wire fraud. Patricia previously worked as a senior payroll specialist for Garmin and Black and Veatch. While a payroll specialist, Patricia was accused of stealing money from her employers in the amount of $5 million and spent the money at casinos.
