Relocating your child may require a motion

MOVING

If you have a child and there is joint physical custody with your ex, both parents are considered the custodial parent and the child’s principal residence is with both parents. In order to modify this custody arrangement, you must file a motion to do so. If you are not familiar with the rules and procedures required by family court, you can contact our office at 816-524-4949.
