Suing Your Own Company

If you are a member of a company and you believe the company, or another member of the company, has violated the company’s rules or state laws, you can file a derivative action on behalf of all of the shareholders.  A derivative action is usually used to sue an officer or director of the company.  If you need assistance suing an officer or director, contact our office at 816-524-4949.
