Your Child Testifying in Court

court 1

In custody or child support cases, courts have rules regarding whether to allow your child or children to testify for or against you.  If the child is under ten (10) years old, the court must strictly follow Missouri law.  If the child is ten (10) years old or older, the court itself gets to decide whether the child should and can testify.  If you are facing a custody or child support battle, feel free to contact our law office at 816-524-4949 or www.Hoorfarlaw.com.
