What is Considered when Determining Child Support and Alimony?

Answer:  Everything.  In a recent Missouri court opinion, the court stated that no financial resource is exempt from the court’s consideration in determining child support and alimony.  However, the court is supposed to look at the level of control the parent has over the financial resource.
