Less Money Doesn’t Mean Less Child Support

A Missouri court has recently held that a person incurring a reduced income from lack of overtime did not mean the person’s child support payments could be reduced.  Instead, in order to have your child support reduced, you must have at least 36 overnights with your child per year before a Missouri court will think about reducing your child support.
