Leawood Lawyer Sent to Prison for Unpaid Taxes

58-year old Leawood lawyer, David B. Mandelbaum was sentenced to one year and six months in prison for tax evasion. He must pay the Internal Revenue Service more than $200,000 in restitution as a part of his plea agreement. Mandelbaum pleaded guilty to owing more than $132,000 for the tax years from 2005 through 2010. Image result for gavel
