DUI without DUI Test

DWI

Missouri courts have ruled that a law enforcement officer can charge a driver with a DUI or a DWI without subjecting the driver to field sobriety tests. A field sobriety test is when the law enforcement officer tests the ability of a person to drive a car without being over the legal limit with alcohol.
