Forever 21 is being sued by Alabama’s Eastern Shore shopping mall where the store was located. The owner claims to have lost a significant amount of money after leasing a space to the business. Allied Development was promised a yearly income of 6 million, but the company has only produced about 1.6 million in the first year. Both Allied Development and Forever 21 came to an agreement of Forever 21 paying their rent out of the monthly gross they were receiving.
